Week 6 - NCYC

NCYC doing their usual warm-ups 
They have started their first drill which involves improving their passing and catching
They discuss what should they improve on after drill 1
They start drill 2 which involves quick passing and immediate shooting
Game is about to start and they conclude about drill 2 and discusses about the game plan.

6th week - Kus Nim part 2

A video of the team Kus Nim's group analysis discussion where they discussed about today's game and what they need to remain and what they need to improve on.

6th week - Kus Nim part 1

A game of monkey to train one's interception skills.


A shielding drill where by players are paired up with each other and one player will have the possession of the ball and the other will try to steal it away.

Picture 1+2- “warm-up” Shoot at the cones. Very good idea of training. This enables team-mates to be better at shooting and warms up.
















Picture 3- Balls from other team lands in their court and disrupts the training. His is not the only one. One or two times is fine but more than that can become very disruptive.














Picture 4- Shoot at the cones with a defender against player. Can be considered as a warm-up.













Picture 5- Everyone against player. I think that it is now training period. Very good job for all the team mates.
